Yes, its been four happy months since I started to be a volunteer nurse here in Laguna. And its killing me knowing that it will end soon. I love being a nurse in the hospital. I learned a lot of things and I don't want to stop learning. I am enjoying the company of my co-volunteers and the hospital staffs. They are really nice. Nothing is permanent and change is constant. I am glad that I had a chance to work in this hospital and to meet new people that help me to be a better nurse. I will never forget these amazing people and I hope they will not forget me too. And now only one and a half months left for me I do hope that I can spread my gratitude and be able to be with them again especially those people that I had a chance to work with. Those nurses that allow me to explore things and do things on my own. And those people who trusted me. Thank you! :) Sayang wala akong pictures with them, dun sa mga nakasama kong staffs. Sa mga favorite staffs ko. Sana magkaroon ako ng chance para magka souvenir man lang. Thank you Lord for this wonderful experience. :)

So may last post here was all about me-will not able to get a chance to apply for staff nurse in PGH. But then I was able to apply! Yey! And my exam date will be on October 14! Yes super tagal pa but atleast nakapagpasa ako! And what I said gagalingan ko talaga para makapasa sa exam and interviews para makapasok ako dun! Kahit 3years contract pa yan! Ang saya ko lang! :)

Nakakainis.

Nursing jobs here in the Philippines are really hard. Kaya if there are any opportunities I want to grab it lalo na kapag maganda hospital. Since I was a student I really want to work in PGH and Heart Center. Dream hospitals ko sila here in the Philippines. So Heart Center I don't know if there are vacancies for staff nurses. Then a while ago I learned thru a batchmate na manpooling daw ang PGH nagpapa exam sila for staff nurses next year. And Gawd deadline for application on March 12. Anak ng. Eh this week magstart na ko ng volunteer sa LPH. So it means hindi na ko makakaluwas =l Sobrang tagal ko sa Pedro Gil, bakit hindi ako updated with that? Bakit hindi ko alam at walang nagsasabi sakin. Sayang kasi yung opportunity PGH na yun eh. Maganda ang training and when it comes to salary mas mataas ha. Pero yung training and experience yung habol ko dun eh. Been there eh when I was a student and dun ko nafeel na Nurse ako kahit hindi pa that time. Dun ko nafeel ang raging hormones ko when it comes to nursing. Ugh. Ayokong mamiss ang chance na 'to. This is it na eh. Mananalig na lang ako kay Lord. Makapagsubmit lang ako to take the exam gagalingan ko talaga para makapasok dun.

Pero if hindi naman, I know God has good plans for me. Sayang lang talaga.

Catching up with college friends

Yesterday, I was with my former classmates at the same time friends when I was in college. BSN-1C. Gawd super namiss ko sila. Nakakatuwa pa rin ang daming chismis at sintimyento ng buhay NARS. Haha. I so missed them. Nakakatuwa naman na makita ulit sila.

With Jen, Mayee, Cherry, Tin, Muri and Rod. So update update! Jen - call center agent. Muri - Soon to be regular nurse in Perpetual Hospital sa Las Pinas. Tin - Contractual Nurse - LPDH. Mayee - PDN sa Makati Med. Cherry - Reviewing for IELTS. Masaya pa rin ang buhay namin kahit madami kaming sintimyento. :)

Yay, I am officially over and done with Private Duty Nurse. I experienced it for more than a month and I guess I can say that I belong in the Hospital being a Staff Nurse. Well my experienced as a PDN was great, great time with the family and my patient. But ofcourse I love being a nurse in the hospital, I love the hospital environment. I have to fulfill my dream to become a Cardio-Thoracic Nurse and to have my own Homecare. :)

Okay enough on this nurse-related-topic.

So Wednesday, as I promised with my highschool friends we had our Mcdo Date/ Post Birthday Celebration of our dearest friend and my "EVIL SISTER", Faith! We stayed at their house and instead of going out for our super love Mcdo Date we ended up in their house.. chikahan, stalking and laitan moment (hindi kami yun kung di namin gagawin ang mga bagay na yan). Syempre ang mga nakapunta lang naman eh ang mga San Pablo Girls except for Casse. So its Me, Irish, Vicki, Hyna and Faith.

Two pictures lang na complete kaming 5 :) And ang cute my sisters oh -- My Soul Sister: Irish, Chocosisters: Vicki and Hyna, and Evil Sister: Faith. Absent si Shish - Erika and my other Chocosister -- Christa. Ang cute namin :) Anyways Highways, Kami lang nila Hyna muna eh wala pa si Vicki kasi may work sumunod lang sya sa bahay nila Faith to think na magkapitbahay lang sila at hindi sila nagkikita. Ang weird nilaaa.

While waiting for Vicki, nagpicture muna kaming 4 syempre hindi naman mawawala yun :) Si Hyna kasi ang arte lang may commitment daw sya ng 6pm umalis kagad hindi na tuloy nakaabot sa Mcdo Delivery namin.

When Vicki arrived syempre excited sya to see our friend Hyna who is in the Top 9 in Januray 2011 Pharmacist Board Examination. And yes proud kami sa kanya! Ang galing galing nya talaga. She sacrificed the days na dapat kasama nya kami para makapagreview. At nagbunga ang pagasasacrifice nya. Galing talaga.

Wala lang kaming ginawa kung di manlait at maging bitter sa mga tao. Pero ang pinakamasaya eh tumingin ng mga nakakalokang mga lalaki. Ang hot lang nilaaa. Arghhh. Can't resist eh!

Love doing things and nothing with my friends. Sana this year makaalis kami out of San Pablo yung tipong adventure! I love you Sisters!! :)

Ultimate February Kilig Moment

Super late post about this one, my ultimate February Kilig Moment.

So Yes, I like Neil Etheridge - Goalkeeper of Azkals. And since the day that he created his twitter account I am one of his thousands of followers. I even mentioned him on some of my tweets and replied to his tweets. Being a fan girl that I am I know all of his tweets oh not all. Haha. Anyways, February 7 is his birthday. On the day of his Birthday I think around past 12midnight I greeted him on twitter, no reply. When I woke up I greeted him, no reply. When Adeline and I were playing and making a Play-do cake I took a picture of it and tweet it to him, no reply. So that made my third greeting on him. Haha. Nawalan na ko ng pag-asa, aba syempre sa thousand of followers ba naman nya at lahat yun eh babatiin sya sa birthday nya.. mababasa pa kaya nya yung tweets ko di ba?

Then.. before I went to sleep that night around 11:35pm I tweeted him again with super corny na message sobraaaa!!! Parang ewan lang. ;)) After that, I prayed as may routine before sleeping. I checked my phone because it was blinking indicating that someone tweeted me or BBM me. When I saw it, it was from NEIL!! Saying "Thank You". Since I was lying on the bed alone in the room and I was not at our house that time I can't scream or jump! Ang nagawa ko lang eh sumipa ng malupit at nag papadyak with matching pag gulong sa kama. Haha. Gusto kong sumigaw sa sobrang kilig. Napasmile ako ng todo. As in. Grabe kahit simpleng thank you lang yun, parang it means a lot to me. Imagine, wala syang nireplyan na isa-isa to thank.. parang yung thank you message nya eh message na sa lahat. Grabe lang kilig ko, medyo baduy din kasi tweet ko eh. Wahahaha :)) Unforgettable moment talaga. KILIG MOMENT.

Oh di ba walang kwenta lang tweet ko at ang corny lang! Thank you twitter for making this thing happen! :) And thank you Neil for replying, masyadong corny yung tweet ko nakakatawa. Siguro nasa mind nya, grabe ;tong babaeng 'to ah, nakailang tweet na. Pagbigyan na nga. Hahaha :)) Flood. Oh well until now kinikilig akooooooooo. Love it.

Roomies 209 Reunion

February 19, 2011. Roomies 209 Reunion! Sayaaaa. Kahit kain and picture galore lang kami :) It was fun and nice to be with my roomies. Sayang wala si Ate Caren, Ate Jamie and Janine. We went to Serendra, Bonifacio High Street. Lakad mode lang :)

So Ate Shye, Ate Joyce, Elaine, Maricar, Kcee and me lang yung nagreunion. Sobrang tagal naplano ang hirap rin kasi ng schedule namin eh lalo na kaming working girls. Naks working girl daw. Haha :) Sana next time complete na kamiii.

At kami ang may pinakamadaming gamit sa dorm noon. Nagkalat na papel, reviewers at may pinakamalaking nasasakop na space! Thanks to them I learned a lot, especially in deciding what elective ang pipiliin ko :) And ofcourse sa mga Case Studies ko!

And syempre while waiting for the others nagpaka vain kami ng sister ko! Adik lang namin! =p

Allergies!

Argh! I hate my allergies talaga, been suffering allergies since highschool. And now am suffering again. Three weeks kasi na kumakain ako ng fish and chicken because of my work. Kaya yan sobrang pnaget ng braso ko para kong may galis. Nandidiri ako, what more pa yung ibang taong makakakita nito. Nakakainis talaga, di ko maatim. Nadidismaya ko plus yung money ko sa meds ko napunta. Argh :l Ang PANGEEEET! Nakakaburaot. Sana mawala na 'to this week.. Please. Hindi tuloy ako makapagsuot ng sleeveless or short sleeves. Super itchy and reddish pa nyaaa. Why oh why? Hindi tuloy ako makaporma ng maayos. Kung kelan naman feel na feel kong maganda ko! Hahaha JOKE. Bakit ba problem ko ang skin ko? Grabe ha, di ako biniyayaan ng Diyos ng magandang kutis at makinis na balat! Ang malas naman. Haaay. I tried to color again my hair last night and FAIL! Haha natakot kasi ako to color it na medyo mapapansin, so hindi masyadong halata yung nacolor. So next week I will try it again pero Burgandy na lang, as suggested by my mother. Haha para daw di magmukhang dry. Sige sundin ang payo ng Nanay =) Soo happy, bought a top and skirt. Nabili ko yung gusto kong skirt sa Just G, so dapat by next week talaga wala na 'tong allergies ko para masuot ko yung top ko! Gusto kong magshopping! DSF nga pala sa Dubai ngayon ang satap magshopping ngayon dun grabe! Super bagsak presyo lahat =l Haysh.

Wala lang, due to boredom! Pacute at the same time ang EMO ko!! Oh di ba di pansin yung hair color ko =l Major FAIL talaga!

Venice's Baptism

Yesterday was my niece, Venice's Baptism. Gawd she's so cute! Ang laki na nyaaa. Nakakatuwa, though wala ako sa ceremony proper kasi masyado kong naenjoy ang mahaba kong tulog! Almost 2pm na ko dumating dun :)) Lamon galore ang lola mo, pero infairness di ako nag dinner.. naguilty ako eh plus uminom ako! Pati softdrinks ang damiiii. Well I enjoyed it naman and minsan lang yun. Nakakainis lang wala yung iba kong cousins, busy-busihan ang drama nila. Cute cute ni Venice, 4 months na sya ang laki na. Ngayon lang ulit kami nagka baby girl puro kasi boys eh :) I saw someone yesterday from the past? haha. Kala mo naman may past kami. Wala! Feeling lang ako. Wohooo. Sarap kagabi nakabirit ako ng todo sa videoke at the same time nakabirit din ako mag-isa dito sa bahay! Ang saya ko lang. Enjoy na enjoy ako, feel na feel ko pa! ;)) Aww super cute nila Bin-Bin and Andrei ang taba nilaaa. Ang sarap i-hug. Namiss ko ang bahay namin at ang San Pablo! Lamig-lamig. Sarap talaga matulog pati mag-internet. Super download ng movies and series. Nakakamiss talaga ang buhay bum. Pero syempre hindi naman pwedeng forever bum ka di ba? Haaay buhay nga naman. Hay Salamat nakapag-blog din! Welcome Back! :) After 5days without internet connection.. tadan! I have na. And home sweet home na rin ako. Been working for 10days na, and sort of adjusted na rin ako. Got my salary pa for 10days.. haha.. though maliit lang okay na yun atleast my work and may sweldo! :) Shocks feeling ko ang taba ko naaa. Kain kasi ako ng kain, 5times a day. Di maiiwasan sa work ko kasi laging kumakain kapag kumakain si patient di pwedeng hindi rin ako kakain. Katakawan! My second week sa work was good naman much better than the first week. Nakapag IV na ulit ako, yey! And hindi na ko masyadong stress this week. Haha =)) Makapit na kong magstart sa volunteer program ko sa hospital. Busy mode na lalo! Nakakamiss rin pala ang buhay bum kahit papano, though ilang months din akong nagwork as in work talaga sa hospital iba pa rin ang bum na nasa bahay ka lang. Gigising, kakain at magiinternet lang. Sarap ng buhay kapag ganun! Nakakamiss mga friends ko. At syempre nakakamiss ang ONLINE WORLD. Parang di na ko mabubuhay without internet, atleast nakakaya ko sya for one week pero naka access naman ako sa twitter and facebook sa phone. Hindi ko na kaya for a month! Haha =))

Last Januray 12, 2011 3rd Anniversary ng Trio pumunta kami ng mga friends ko. Too bad 5lang kami, may mga work kasi yung iba eh, busy sila at kami?? Haha BUM. Nakakamiss talaga sila! Puro chismisan lang ginawa namin. Nakakamiss din ang Trong. Sarap uminom with matching chika moment with friends :)

Grabe lang.. I've been waiting for that day and it happened! Kahit wala si James and Neil masaya pa rin ako. Arghhh. Kinikilig ako! Pano na kaya kapag nandun silang dalawa? Di na ko siguro makakakapagsalita nyan. We went to Umak yesterday to watched sana the training of Azkals. Kaso we were late, when we got there it was 6:40 in the evening na so their training was ended na. Nung papasok kami sa field, narining namin yung guard na wala na yung Azkals babae na nandyan. Parang nasad naman ako, then when we saw flashes of cameras we're like lets go!!! This is it. Ayon, konti lang yung players na nandun eh, pero nagulat ako kasi una kong nakita is si Anton del Rosario topless! While eating pa ha, ang hot lang nya! Sayang wala akong picture with Jason de Jeong! Pero I have naman with Simon. Ang bait and ang gwapo :) Umulan and we had the chance to be with them sa bleachers! Ang galing lang namin kami lang yung nandun, haha yung ibang fans sorry may harang! Hahaha =))) And we were like sitting lang dun tas sila Ali dumadaan lang sa harap namin kami parang wala lang kwentuhan lang, parang walang nakakarinig samin =)) Super nice nila. Babalik kami dun for sure kapag complete na sila!!

Fangirl na fangirl! Haggardness pa ko nyan from work in Paranaque ha. =)) Ayy I started to work na nga pala as PDN (Private Duty Nurse) just for 1 1/2 month lang naman. Ayon, nastestress ako ha. Pero hopefully this week maging okay na ang lahat, I hope so. Huwag lang mag A-Afib si Lola. Please lang.

Mcdo Date + Gulliver's Travel

Dahil nainggit ako kay Jaja kagabi, niyaya ko si Irish na Mcdo kanina. =) Ang sarap ng Mcdo! Hahaha. Kahit inuubo ako wala pa ring makakapigil sa pagiging matakaw ko. After namin kumain sa Mcdo, bumili kami ng planner/ diary ako. Oo na ako na ang inggitera! Buti na lang meron pa, nagiisa na lang sya! Kasi si Irish, iniwan ako!!! Anyways we watched Gulliver's Travel supposedly Little Fockers eh kaso hindi pa showing. Grabe sobrang nakakatawa! Galing ni Jack Black. Nakakatuwa yung movie. Parang the whole time tawa kami ng tawa ni Irish. Kahit inuubo ako tawa pa rin ako ng tawa.. sakit tuloy sa lungs! Lakas na ng boses namin kanina while watching, parang nasa bahay lang. Namiss ko ng manood ng movie sa big screen. When I was in college parang if I want to watch something go lang. Pinasaya ko ni Gulliver ngayong araw na 'to. I want to watch Tron, The Tourist, Tangled, Love and other Drugs and Little Fockers. Hay sana lang madami akong money, haha. :)

Yey, I am really really excited to write, draw and paste ng photos sa planner/ diary ko! Actually nagstart na ko kanina at nagkamali ako!! But its okay nagawan ko naman ng paraan. I'm still thinking kung anong designs and concepts gagawin ko sa diary ko. Excited na ko, sana wag na kong magkamali!

Amber's Christmas Party 2010

Ngayon lang ako magblo-blog about our Christmas Party. Since we graduated in HS our class decided to have Christmas Party yearly, a reunion na rin for our class. Lahat invited pero ang nanyayari is yung mga umaattend lang din the previous years yung pumupunta pero may mga dumadating din naman na iba. Last year we celebrated our 6th Christmas Party! Yey! For me, last year yung pinakamasayang party of all kahit medyo mas konti yung dumating compared last last year. Meron din kasing work yung iba eh. Fun lang yung games and I say na mas gising lahat till dawn? And ofcourse mawawala ba naman ang picture, picture! :) We love pictures. Hindi naman halata di ba?

Ang gulo lang namin noh? Most of us we knew each other since Pre-school, so we're turning 23 this year its like 17 years? Then 3rd grade nung naging mag-classmates kami until highschool. Taga na noh? Kaya parang kilala na namin ang isa't-isa kasi sabay-sabay kaming lumaki. And kapag sila kasama ko hindi na ko nahihiya. Feeling ko kapag magkakasama kami bumabalik ako sa pagkabata and comfortable ako sa kanila. Kahit anong issues/ chismis napapagusapan personal man or mga trip-trip. Kapag nagkikita-kita rin kami parang kami yun, kahit matagal ng hindi masyadong nagkikita parang walang pinagbago except sa physical attributes namin :) Parang magkakapatid na kami =D I so love them :)

I was in Manila for two days, I had a consultation to my Dermatologist. Acne is my biggest problem for how many years. Too bad for me :( While waiting for my medications whew! Na-starstruck ako, Jaime Ayala came and he's a nice man. Very professional and ang gwapo lang nya kahit matanda na sya. I was like okay kunwari walang nakita, pero deep inside gusto kong magpapicture? Haha =)) Then when he left my sister asked me, "Ate sya ba yung si Ayala yung mayaman?" I was like "Oo sya yunnn!" then tawa na lang kami ni Kcee. :)

Then after sa Makati we headed up to Midtown to meet some friends. Ngayon ko lang narealize parang may representative for each set of friends na meron ako. Medels (*) she's the one na ewan ko bigla na lang kaming naging close all of a sudden. Parang may connection saming dalawa. Then si Ciara naman one of my true friends and oldest friend nung college. Classmates na kami since 1st year college and groupmates we belong to JOY GROUP. Halos alam na namin ang ugali ng isa't-isa. Then I texted Christa (Amber) wala lang nagkita lang kami. Umasa ko na mamimeet ko na si Nikko nya hindi naman nya kasama! Haha. Then for 2 days magkasama kami ni Elaine, my roommate before! Sobrang namiss ko lang sila! Love them :)

Expenses

First week of the month ang pinakamagastos na week for me. I have to pay all the bills and give my sister her allowance. Since my parents are not here, ako nag bubudget for us (me and my sister). Pati gastusin dito sa bahay like grocery and food. And yes, first week of the month broke na kagad ako. :( And this year, Januray is one of the "magastos" months. I have to pay taxes, car registration, monthly expenses, insurance, sss and etc. Grabe ang gastos! And this day naiiyak ako for all the expenses ang damiii! At nagmahal ha compared last year. Tumaas pa toll fee at ang gasolina! Ang hirap mabuhay. I want to work na ulit, gusto ko na ulit kumita ng sarili kong pera! As of now kasi I am a bummer! Certified Bum na ulit ako for 2months.. asa sa padala ng parents. Syempre mas maganda sana if may sarili akong pera para wala akong iintindihin na pang gastos for myself. GUSTO KO NG MAGTRABAHO. Seryoso. I mean it.

And last night I'm thinking of changing my career path. I want to work muna as an Admin something pero syempre related pa rin sa Nursing or in the hospital. Kahit huwag na muna maging "Staff Nurse". Pero, pero, pero! How can I achieve my dream to become a Cardiothoracic Nurse if hindi ako magsisimula sa hospital as a Staff Nurse?? Bakit ba kasi ang hirap, at hindi pwedeng mag shortcut?

Hay sumasakit ngayon ang ulo at lungs ko! Lord, I know this year is my year and better days are coming =) So help me, God. =D

Gawd. I've finally watched the last two episodes of Vampire Diaries and I can't resist Damon's sex appeal. Ang hot lang nya kahit anong angle! Nakamamatay! Haha. Ang OA ko lang. Sometimes I have to repeat the whole episode or some scenes kasi hindi ako makaconcentrate sa story especially if nandun si Damon. I love him. I love Ian Somerhalder. He's hot. :) But I love Damon's character. Sana may ganung lalaki, ASA =D VD is one of my favorite series. Maganda yung story and because of that nawala yung "Twilight/ Edward" thing. This one is better for me. Gusto ko yung effects and medyo techy sya. Btw, Ian is using BB Torch in episode 10 my dream phone. Anyways, I've watch the two episodes thrice kanina. Haha. Wala lang, namiss ko lang ang VD. Ang tagal pa ng next episode, I wonder kung sino and nasaan yung daughter ni Katherine and kung paano naging related si Elena dun. Also, what's on Elijah's mind, the warewolves and if Tyler and Caroline will be together. Dami kong what ifs. :)

Sometimes, winiwish ko na sana ako na lang yung hinahalikan ni Damon. Hahaha. In my dreams! =)

My Boys

I woke up early today, I don't know why. Bin-bin called me, wala pa daw syang pasok so pupunta daw sya sa bahay. I missed him. After Christmas kasi dun sya nagstay sa grandparents nya sa mother side. Ang taba-taba nya! Haha. Nahiya naman ako, pinagprito ko na lang sya ng hotdog. Nakakahiya naman baka mamayat eh =)) Then we went sa "bayan" to pay bills. Grabe lang ha pag di pa inupdate ng digitel yung internet namin naku ha magwawala na ko! Haha. Gawd, ang laki na naman ng nawala sakin for paying all the bills! Argh. :/ Nakita namin si Ate Acel and Andrei, then habang namamalengke si Ate Acel nag grocery muna kami :) Nanlibre si Bin ng merienda! Ang Sweet!

Hindi ako makamove on sa "Teach me how to Philly" haha. Ang cute! Super cute nila Phil dun :) Whew! Excited for their game on Feb 9 sana makanood ako pero its so labo, mas malabo pa sa putik. Excited na rin ako for Pretty Little Liars, oh Ezra makikita na rin kita =D

Yeah, yeah its year 2011! =) And I am so excited for this year, really excited. I think this is my year. :) Good Vibes. I am very grateful for 2010 it was a good year for me and I am positive that this year will be much better,. Haha. Lakas ng pananalig ko :) My year started with sort of "gimik" with my highschool friends. Alis na kasi si Ralph, he will be going back to Guam on the 5th of this month kaya ayon nagkayayaan lumabas. Syempre before we went there Irish and I went to church muna.

That was a great night. They are my super friends and I love them :)
